Public Speaking and Presentation Skills

Claire Fraizer, middle school teacher at Immaculate Conception School in the Bronx, helped participants to perfect their presentation skills.  She gave tips, like paying attention to verbal pauses, body language, and eye contact, to make presenting a less nerve-racking experience.  During the breakout session, we recorded the girls reciting various speeches and had them critique themselves and their peers.
