Module III explored entrepreneurship with Mary Grace Godfrey, founder and CEO of Anagrassia. She explained how she started her own fashion design business. She taught the participants two important lessons: first, when starting a business it is good to have a set of skills you can rely on. For her it was sewing, and if her business were ever to take another turn, she always has her sewing skills to use in different ways. Second, the purpose of a business is to be at the service of others. To put this into practice, the girls broke out into groups and chose an industry at random to brainstorm how they could fill a need with a new business idea.
