Module 3 had an inspiring presentation on home and hospitality management by our own module leader Meghan Streiff, head chef at Murray Hill Conference Center. Meghan explained how her profession as a chef allows her to share her love for design and talent of working with her hands, while also providing deep meaning and purpose through service. Afterwards, another staff member of Murray Hill Conference Center led the group through a hands-on presentation on table settings for different occasions.
